Our annual lectures and pre-holiday seminars are community staples, providing insight and inspiration as we progress through the year.

Kick off the year with our annual Rudoff Lecture and Elul Intensives to help prepare for the High Holidays. We then have programming throughout the year—no matter the time of year—including our annual Bohm and Rapoport Lectures along with lectures and seminars around each one of the holidays. The Destruction of Jerusalem was not the result of a failure in leadership alone. It was also the result of individuals who failed to fulfill their communal responsibilities. We’ll spend a short time surveying the biblical and rabbinic texts that express this before doing a deep dive into what the legal obligations of the individual to the community are, and far “community” extends in this modern age.
