Description

Join Rabbanit Leah and fellow alumnae of the Dr. Beth Samuels Drisha Summer High School Program in studying the Talmudic source material that tells the origin story of shul mechitzas (hint: it happened on Sukkot!). This gathering will be hosted by alumna Sarah Pincus (Summer 2010, Madricha 2021). The Alumnae Beit Midrash is an opportunity to learn Torah and connect with other women whose love of Torah brought them to Drisha in high school and continues to motivate their learning today.

Ms. Sarah Pincus

Sarah’s summer at the Dr. Beth Samuel’s High School Program in 2010 was life changing, so she was so grateful to have the opportunity to return to Drisha in 2021. After studying at Midreshet Lindenbaum, Sarah earned a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Law, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Binghamton University. Leading up to the 2020 election, Sarah spent a year and a half organizing for political campaigns in Nevada, Texas and Arizona. Since recently relocating to Boston, Sarah joined the faculty at Maimonides School.
